From 2000 to 2014 I was Managing Director of GAMMA Global, Manchester, an international, independent technology distributor, supplying Tier 1 enterprise products to dealers on a pan-euro, pan global basis - trading with 1,000 clients in 40 countries.

I resigned from GAMMA in 2014 after 14 years to rest up a while!
But prior to that my experience includes:
6 years as Operations Director, Fujitsu Multi-Vendor Computing
4 years as Business Operations Manager - Byte Direct & Byte Computer Superstores
3 years as Sales Manager - The Knowledge Tree (P&P)
3 years as Business Manager - Volume Products Division, ICL
I won't bore you with the details of my earlier career, but suffice to say I got the sales and business development bug at an early stage!
Having started out as a trainee computer operator I soon moved across to sales within the IT world and found I loved the challenge of leading teams, motivating people and building businesses and achieving growth.
I love those challenges to this day and that's what Non-Executive Squared is all about – helping to build, grow and develop businesses and people.
